we got information in the information age, but do we know what life is
I'm mainly blogging because some people complain that I don't update enough. Well, I don't normally have much to say, but this weekend I feel I've experienced quite a few little joys. (:
This weekend is probably one of the most busy. Next week there's bio and math PPA2, SS PT due on friday, and striping, which requires alot of time and effort to write 30+ letters. Yet at the same time I feel surprisingly light-hearted. Most people don't realise, but tiny little considerate actions really can make someone's day.
Little joys
- having someone come up to keep you company when you thought you had been forgotten
- being able to sit/stand in silence and appreciate others' company
- heart to heart talks
- laughing at silly things
- realising friends really are there for you
- eating popcorn
- hugs
- funny distractions
- meaningful songs
- smiles
and a few other things which I cannot recall at the moment. But these little things in life make me that tad bit happier, and I mean, isn't that one of the most important things of all? If everyone in the world could be just a tad bit happier, I think it would be pretty wonderful.
People just don't know how much of a difference these trivial things can make. So, smile whenever you can! (: It makes everyone feel that little bit happier, and that much less alone.

about
raining candies
I am many things.
I am a lean mean book machine.
I am a hip hop ballerina.
I am a quirky weirdo.
I am on the pursuit of happyness.
I am trying to stay realistically optimistic.
I believe a little faith, trust and pixie dust can solve many problems.
I also believe that being environmentally friendly will save the world.
I love technology, music, candy and God.
I will never develop an eating disorder because I don't have that determination to resist food.
