HappAA
Happy AA my little darlings. (or, HappAA! I'm glad everyone's using my new word :D) It's over! It's really over. After all the mad rushing and hectic planning and dance choreos at the guides tables, dance studio, gym, in front of the toa payoh stadiums toilets during sports fest, last minute letter-writing, memorising of lines, forgetting of lines, awkward arm flops around the stage during rehearsals, constant dedication, love, care and support from every single person in b11atch, we did it! :D
There were loads of times where I started to doubt myself, and times when I just felt like falling back and dumping the work, because there was this constant thought at the back of my head that said 'everything will be fine anyway, just leave it'. But b11atch really kept me going, whenever I saw my batchmates running around, doing AA preparations and just giving their all, I felt so encouraged, and I knew that no matter what, we would make it through, together.
Honestly, I was a little disappointed with AA at the beginning, because I was a pretty lousy main character and things weren't turning out the way I expected them to. We missed out a few scenes and I definitely forgot tons of lines, but in retrospect I realise that while it wasn't perfect, somehow, it still was. All the glitches and last minute fixes, screw-ups and hiccups, awkwardness and bad acting were really what made our campfire amazing. As I mentioned during batch huddle before the official beginning of AA, the success of our AA isn't measured by how well we act, how we dance, whether or not people volunteer for the games or any other tangible aspect, but it's based on our heart. I know that every person in batch had poured heart and soul in making our AA a success, and that is the true essence of guides, of a campfire. It's knowing that while things don't always go perfect, the commitment, passion, sincerity and love will shine through, and people will see that. It's our annual assembly and that's really all that matters.
To all the people who were at AA, thank you for taking the time to visit us and we hope you had a glimpse of what rafflesguides is really all about!
To the Sec Ones, good job! We know that you have practiced super duper hard and we're extremely proud of you. This is your very first AA and we hope that you've enjoyed it! There are bigger things to come, though, and we trust that you will have many more wonderful memories in Guides. Also, I hope we've set the standard for YOUR AA, so when we come back in three years time WE EXPECT BIG THINGS FROM YOU. :D
To Rafflesguides, thank you for all your commitment and putting in time and effort in AA! Although I don't have any non-sec 4 comm members, thank you to everyone for helping in your respective comms! :D may you have ever better AAs. :D
To B11ATCH, we did it! We made it through, like we always do. Thank you to each and every single one of you for the constant support, encouragement and LOVE, and chionging to learn the dance on AA day itself, never once complaining about the rush and the stress and the demanding circumstances. AA was only the awesome campfire it was because of each and every b11atchie and I have so many things to say to all of you but I don't know how to express my love and gratitude, so, thank you, from the very bottom of my CPU.

raining candies
I am many things.
I am a lean mean book machine.
I am a hip hop ballerina.
I am a quirky weirdo.
I am on the pursuit of happyness.
I am trying to stay realistically optimistic.
I believe a little faith, trust and pixie dust can solve many problems.
I also believe that being environmentally friendly will save the world.
I love technology, music, candy and God.
I will never develop an eating disorder because I don't have that determination to resist food.
