And there's never any rain, when you want it;
HAPPY MOTHERS' DAY! ♥
This weekend has been pretty eventful :D I dropped a tooth, for one! yesyes I know everyone's all going "WHAT. you still have milk teeth? aren't you a little too old for that!". WELL, YES. I still have milk teeth at sixteen years of age. In primary 6 I remember going to the dentist and he said that I was dentally 9 years old. So I guess that makes me dentally 13 years old now. (: According to the dentist, my teeth grow (and drop) so slowly because I'm traumatised..? If I'm not mistaken, the only time I could've been traumatised as a child would be when I was screaming for my life as my auntie tried to get me still to pull my very first shaky tooth. That..is pretty ironic.
A missing tooth does have its inconveniences though. I can't really chew on that side and it sometimes bleeds when I brush my teeth -.- Sigh I feel like such a small kid.
Anyway, another very exciting event that occured over this weekend would be polling day!! :D Honestly speaking, I've never really been very interested in politics, but this year all the hype made me try and find out a little more and get more involved. So I was asking my mum who she voted for, and her reply was kind of surprising. I won't say which party she voted for, but we (both her and myself) were pretty sure she was rooting for party A, and suddenly yesterday morning she just changed her mind over a..seemingly small matter and voted for party B. wow. I guess every issue and detail matters when it comes to the elections.
So..yea. I didn't stay up to listen to the results, but my dad told me this morning, and well, there are probably people rejoicing and people upset. I think no matter what, we should just trust that the people have made the right choice, and trust the government to do what is best. No use crying over
spoilt votes spilt milk.
Yup so, this has been me procrastinating and not studying math as I should be. I will reluctantly do so now.
